When heading south towards Stanthorpe on the New England Highway, turn off left in to Stanthorpe.

Turn right into the Texas Road Route 89 (well signed).

Follow this road out of town. You will pass under the highway overpass, an industrial estate on the left, a few kilometres further you will pass the Broadwater State School on your right. About 1.5 km further along, turn right into Furness Road. [This is not well signed but there is a blue letterbox on the corner.]

Drive to the end of Furness Road then turn right into Jimmy Mann Road, then immediately left into Grice Lane. The cottage is the only house at the very end of the lane.

You can also access the property via Jimmy Mann Road [turn off from Texas Road a little way past the industrial estate] This road however, is subject to flooding and there may be water across the road even a few weeks after rain. It is more suited to 4WD access. Please do not attempt the crossing if you are not confident.
